Based on your votes, we rocked our jumpsuits at the AZPPA convention! To be honest, even if everyone had voted that we shouldn’t match, I don’t know which one of us would have backed down on our outfit anyway. We would have had to duel I guess. This was one of my favorites from yesterday during our video shoot with our fabulous client/model, Krystal. Thank you SO much, Krystal, for working with us; we had a blast, and I am just LOVING all of these shots (I think it’s pretty much impossible for us to get a bad photo of you… you’re just gorgeous). 🙂 I can’t WAIT to launch this video add-on for the Posebook; this is something that MB & I are just oh-so-excited about!!! More photos from the shoot will be posted soon… and the Posebook video should be available for download (free when you purchase the Posebook) – within the next few weeks! Yay! …well that is what everyone here in Arizona always says. Already heard it twice. Being here for only 12 hours I can see why. AND it’s only May! Kimberlee and I are speaking at the AZPPA Convention today at 5 pm. Should be very fun for us since at this point we are pretty obsessed with boudoir. Believe it or not we are incredibly prepared this time, no rearranging the slides 10 minutes before we speak because we decided “this should probably be there.” Or realizing that our handouts weren’t delivered to the hotel by UPS as they promised. It feels good. We are getting this down. I think it is because I bought a briefcase. I mean, don’t get me wrong, it is a very cool briefcase (don’t picture a nerdy one because it really is not), but ever since that day I have just felt more “on it” than ever before. Thank you Betsey Johnson for finally creating a briefcase fit enough to purchase, thank you TJ Max for selling it for a price that would make even the most frugal hubby say, “you gotta get it,” thus making me feel like an organized superstar on this Monday. Gotta go pick K up at the airport, “Sky Harbor.” Doesn’t Phoenix have the coolest airport name? – Marissa
More than anything we want our clients to feel like the photos are saucy. The Diva’s definition of saucy is that they have movement and major hubby appeal. In order for us to accomplish that the subjects can’t look stiff and/or bored. The hands are a bit part of that. Here is an example above. Cute little touch to the photo huh?
