*You are not a photographer residing in Southern California, and by making a purchase from the Boudoir Divas, you have agreed to the Boudoir Divas non-compete agreement, stating that you will not conduct boudoir photography shoots or business within 50 miles of the zip code 92121. As much as want to help other boudoir businesses, we must protect what we built. Training the competition in our own area would hurt us, our brand, and our employees. *All purchased products are under the sole ownership of ONLY your own business, and you have purchased this product for your own use. You may use these materials on more than one computer, ONLY as long as they are your own personal/business computers, shared only within the same photography studio. The materials here may NOT be shared with any other photographer. *All Sales are final. *These materials may NOT be re-sold in any manner. (Please respect the Divas hard work and time that they have invested into this project by adhering to these policies that you have already agreed to). Thanks!POLICIES REGARDING ALBUM TEMPLATES::*You may not use the design elements in these templates in any other form or fashion, other than as they have been used in these templates FOR ALBUMS ONLY. *Examples of how you may use the album templates:: Album templates may ONLY be used to create albums to sell to your clients (or to BE used as studio samples). *Examples of how you may NOT use the album templates (or any design elements herein)::-In any competition-In any advertisement-In any print ads or articles-On the web in any form (website, blog, logo, or any other form)-These materials may not be used for branding your company by creating a logo. -On any branding or company materials, such as business cards, postcards, or anything else.-Any other use not mentioned here, BESIDES ALBUM DESIGN. All other use is prohibited.*The Boudoir Divas are not responsible for and mistakes in cropping your final album designs. You must check on the guidelines with your specific album company before submitting these files. *All traces of the Boudoir Divas (name, logo, website) MUST be removed from the PSDs.
